South Carolina State Bulldogs Norfolk reviews
Caravan's running on fumes
At $300 a ticket, one would expect a mind-blowing show from South Carolina State Bulldogs's talent -- maybe something on par with his performance of Caravan in the Last Waltz? The band was off and the show bordered on mundane, which was not the case. However, South Carolina State Bulldogs's voice is as strong as ever at his age, and he sounded terrific. He wailed a mean blues harp between several bars, aside from belting his infamous tones. It's worth attending for the "I was there" factor, but if you've seen him live before, buy the CD, skip the show, and donate the money saved to your favorite charity.
Bring your own cocktail if you would like to enjoy one during the show. South Carolina State Bulldogs requests the vendors not sell alcohol during the show.
